		Main dishes and specialities: Strozzapreti with Vino Nobile, duck with Vinsanto, ravioli in chervil and parsley sauce, tortelli with mushrooms and Tuscan pecorino, wild boar in sweet-sour sauce, pigeon with black truffle, "pici" with wild boar sauce and finally tripe with saffron, an old Tuscan recipe dating back to the Middle Ages.
