Agriturismo Il Vecchio Milipano

From the recent renovations we have been able to divide an old farm house into three large rooms that are basic and cozy; where the wood of the floors and windows harmonize with the warm tones and textures of the furniture that find their character in being typical rustic Tuscan and bijou antique pieces.

Il Vecchio Milipano
We have taken an old coach-house and transformed it into a suggestive getaway just those tourists who besides a holiday want a little intimacy. This little mini-suite which is ideal for two people has a beautiful wrought iron verandah where a couple could spend pleasing hours just admiring the countryside. Just in front of the verandah there is the olive grove where at sunset attentive guests might witness a show by the hares that live in the vicinity.This room has the characteristics of an apartment with bathroom.

Lavender and Ramerino
This is the room of the sun with its warm colors and hues that brings to the minds eye a summer’s sunset. The name of this room comes from the Rosemary shrubs, called “ramerino” in the local Tuscan dialect, that our grandparents continue to grow under the windows. Wicker baskets, wooden furnishings, old suitcases and dried flowers blend in with the living personality of these rooms that were once the summer lodging of our grandparents when they stayed on worked the land all day. The past is the permanent resident in these rooms.

The Violet
The Violet room is for those who love not only our beautiful Tuscany but also have a special feeling for faraway Provence. The colors of this room allude to all the many varied shades of purple and blue of this beautiful five-petaled flower. The windows overlook the vegetable garden and the orchards where vegetables and fruit are still grown and picked with a loving passion. Our grandparents continue to farm using the traditional methods of generations that have long since past and are especially observant in following the natural cycles of the seasons.A double room with a bathroom.

The prices include the accommodation for two with breakfast::

Children from the ages of 0 to 6 are our guests they pay nothing while young people between the ages of 7 and twelve there is a supplementary fee of 15.00 euro a day.

Included services:
Daily cleaning of the rooms, breakfast, hot and cold running water, heating, electricity and use of all the spaces connected with the structure.
