The house in typical red clay brick, was converted in 1990 into the present “La Casa delle Querce” after a careful restauration mantaining all the original architectural features. It consists of 11 apartments: the owner’s abode and 10 others for the guests, each with its own independent entrance and individual layout and character.

The house is surrounded by a park with magnificent oak trees and their welcome shade. The open air swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn equipped with sunbeds, loungers and tables. A dedicated area with two barbeques and an oven invites the guests to improve their culinary skills. The panoramic terrace overlooks the valley onto rows of vines and olives trees, with an enchanting view.

All apartments are traditionally furnished with rustic Tuscan period furniture and local terracotta tiled floors. The majority are also embellished by wooden beamed ceilings and traditional brick walls. The living - room consists of dining and cooking areas and has one or more bed - settee according to the type of apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes crockery and cutlery. Most bathrooms have a shower and some a bath. All apartments have TV and telephone.
