The residence is found on the second floor of the palace and comprises five bedrooms, two lounge rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a panoramic terrace; in accordance with the demands of the guests, the whole residence can be utilized or it can be subdivided INTO three suites, with the communal use of the lounge rooms, kitchen, dining room and terrace. The most interesting of the many rooms are the principal lounge room, the napoleonic lounge room and the red bedroom.
The dining room, in the 17th century style offers a large welcoming TABLE where breakfast can be served. The main lounge room is a convivial place; accompanied with elegant and comfortable couches that are wound up between elegance, furnishings, frescos and paintings that span the 16th century up to the end of the 18th century. The napoleonic lounge room represents one of the most fascinating rooms of the Fabroni residence; it's told that the lounge room was dedicated to Napoleon when in the first years of he 1800's Arcangelo Venturi was the mayor of Montepulciano. The red bedroom is found in the uppermost floor of the palace; the large glass sash windows, breach the walls framing a delightful panoramic view.
