The Contucci family, was one of the "putative fathers" of the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine (as recorded in 1773), contributing in a significant way to its fame throughout the world. In 1800, their reputation is attested to by numerous medals and certificates. Their establishment produces: wines such as the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, the Rosso di Montepulciano, Il Sansovino, the Bianco della Contessa and Vin Santo as well as Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Visits are possible with dégustations in the Wine-cellar.
