The old stone farmhouse has been skillfully restored, and is snug, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. It is located in the peaceful, undulating countryside between Torrita di Siena and Pienza. It's not uncommon to see deer, hare and pheasant along the road that leads to the farmhouse. Walking the paths that wind through the countryside between vineyards and olive groves, you'll experience the magic of Tuscany in its scents and colours. The property is directly managed by the owners. There are four, elegantly furnished double rooms with bath. Guests have at their disposal a wonderful environment for reading and relaxation and a room in which to take their breakfast.

Podere San Sanino is located between Torrita di Siena and Pienza. It's reached from the SP n.15, which leads from Torrita di Siena to Pienza, at San Ansano near Montefollonico
