History In the 17 century Villa Ricci was the summer house of Cardinal Ricci.It was restored in the early nineteenth century and became part of Italy’s National Cultural Heritage in the care of the ‘Belle Arti’. On the left of the main building there is a small chapel specially added for Cardinal Ricci, and a stone table and benches, which still exist today, were made for the park. This fascinating historic residence, entirely surrounded by 9,000 square metres of parkland containing centuries old trees and providing a place of perfect tranquillity, offers 5 separate appartments, from 2 to 10 person, each complete of cooking facilities. An ideal place for families or groups.

Accomodations Villa Ricci offers 5 large apartments (Primula pax 2+2, Gelsomino pax 8+1, Girasole pax 8+1, Mino 4+1, Sole pax 4+1) complete with cooking facilities, oven and fridge, satellite TV, separate heating, bedding and kitchenware. They are ideal for families or groups of friends and can offer accomodation for up to ten people. All the prices quoted above are applied for to the high season from July 1st to September 30th. While for the other period of the year a 15% discount will be applied. The period of rental is a minimum of 1 week (from saturday to saturday) and a maximum of 4 weeks. 4-day, long weekends may be available on request. Weekly change of bed linen, kitchen utensils and accessories. Electricity, water and kitchen gas. Maintenance of garden areas. Guests may use the tables and chairs in the park and sunbeds in the solarium area and relax immersed in the beauty and the peace of the park surrounded by centuries-old trees.
